3. Syarat Lantikan



3.1 Calon bagi lantikan hendaklah memiliki kelayakan seperti berikut:

a) Warganegara Malaysia;

b) Berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun

pada tarikh tutup iklan; DAN

c) (i) Berpelajaran di peringkat sekolah menengah rendah bantuan kerajaan dan lulus ujian menaip seperti yang dinyatakan di perenggan 3.2 di bawah; ATAU

(ii) Penilaian Menengah Rendah / Sijil Rendah Pelajaran atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan dengan kepujian Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat peperiksaan tersebut atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan serta lulus ujian menaip seperti yang dinyatakan di perenggan 3.2 di bawah (Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N11:P1T2)

3.2 UJIAN MASUK

a) Calon dikehendaki mengambil satu ujian menaip dan lulus dengan mencapai kederasan paling rendah 25 p.s.m. daripada naskah bertulis yang jelas dan 30 p.s.m. daripada naskah bercetak atau bertaip. Kesilapan mestilah tidak melebihi 4%.

b) Calon yang memiliki Sijil Perdagangan Malaysia dengan mendapat kelulusan taip menaip dalam kedua-dua fasa:-

i) Sijil Kecekapan; dan

ii) Sijil Ujian Laju pada Peringkat Pertengahan atau Peringkat Tinggi boleh DIKECUALIKAN daripada ujian yang disyaratkan di para 3.2(a).

c) Calon yang memiliki Sijil Perdagangan Malaysia dengan kelulusan Peringkat Pertengahan adalah layak dilantik atas Gred N11:P1T4 dan Peringkat Tinggi atas Gred N11:P1T6.

3.3 KENAIKAN PANGKAT SECARA LANTIKAN

Pegawai sedang berkhidmat dalam perkhidmatan Pembantu Am Rendah, Atendan Kesihatan dan Atendan Haiwan, Bentara Parlimen, Pengawas Pemulihan, Penghantar Notis, Penyelamat dan Penyelia Jeti adalah layak dipertimbangkan oleh Pihak Berkuasa Melantik berkenaan untuk kenaikan pangkat secara lantikan ke jawatan Pembantu Tadbir Rendah Gred N11, tertakluk kepada kekosongan jawatan, apabila telah disahkan dalam jawatan dan:-

(a) Mempunyai kelayakan di para 3(c) di atas ATAU

(b) Lulus Peperiksaaan Khas dan lulus Ujian Menaip seperti yang dinyatakan di para 3.2 di atas; dan

(c) Berumur kurang dari 54 tahun pada tarikh lantikan.

Calon yang berjaya memasuki perkhidmatan jawatan di atas adalah tertakluk kepada syarat Skim Perkhidmatan berkenaan yang sedang berkuatkuasa serta pindaan yang dibuat ke atasnya dari semasa ke semasa.

(iii) Sijil Institut Pertanian atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.
(iv) sijil dalam bidang kejuruteraan ukur tanah atau perancang bandar dan wilayah yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada politeknik-politeknik tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.

(d) kepujian Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setarafdengannya oleh kerajaan. (Keutamaan diberi kepada calon yang berkebolehan mengendalikan komputer dan/atau mengambil trengkas).

(d) mempunyai syarat-syarat ukuran fizikal dan pancaindera seperti berikut :
(i) tinggi sekurang-kurangnya 1.57m bagi lelaki dan 1.53m bagi wanita
tanpa sepatu ;
(ii) berat badan sekurang-kurangnya 48kg bagi lelaki dan 46kg bagi
wanita ;

(ii) bekas anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia atau Angkatan Tentera

dalam jawatan tersebut serta mempunyai rekod perkhidmatan yang
baik ;
(d) mempunyai syarat-syarat ukuran fizikal dan pancaindera seperti berikut :
(i) tinggi sekurang-kurangnya 1.57m bagi lelaki dan 1.53m bagi wanita
tanpa bersepatu ;
(ii) berat badan sekurang-kurangnya 48kg bagi lelaki dan 46kg bagi
wanita ;
(iii) mempunyai ukuran dada yang biasa sekurang-kurangnya 79sm dan

(iv) lulus dalam ujian penglihatan bagi mata kiri dan kanan yang diuji

in Medicine is a advantage; or

(b) Prosthetic Dentistry in the field of Prosthetic
Dentistry - candidates with additional qualification
in ‘Fixed and Implant Prosthodontics’ or
‘Maxillofacial Prosthodontics’ will be given
preference to teach postgraduates for the clinical
programs other than teaching at undergraduate level
or must have obtained Bachelor of Dental Surgery
which is recognized by the Malaysian Dental Council (registerable).

(c) Conservative Dentistry in the field of
Prosthodontics and Endodontics; or

(d) Oral Pathhology, Oral Medicine and Periodontology
in the field of:

(i) Oral Pathhology and Oral Medicine; or

(ii) Periodontology

should be a member of a Profesional Organisation (MEIU) or

OUTLINE SCOPE OF WORK
- Responsible for student recruitment including Advertising & Promotion, School Visit, Exhibition, etc.
- Generating sales through rental of equipment and corporate functions
- Working with clients to develop and implement a successful event.
- Building PR within the related industry to create sales leads.
- Responsible for P & L of the department.
In addition, you may also be required to perform other special college-related assignments as approved by the President or designate.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a college environment and / or high end market segment.
- Proactive, result-oriented and self-driven.

Accounts Officer
OUTLINE SCOPE OF WORK
-Month end closing & reporting
-Manage student payment, petty cash and cheques
-Purchase Order and system receiving functions
-Prepare accounting schedule, financial reports & monthly reconciliations
-Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations & other statutory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be computer literate, knowledge in Biztrak Accounting System will be an added advantage

Librarian/Assistant Librarian

OUTLINE SCOPE OF WORK
-Sourcing, ordering, cataloging and maintaining of books, periodicals, magazines and audio/video materials.
- Administrate e-library at the college.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-Degree in Library Science
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a college environment
-Proactive, resulted and self-driven. Able to work under minimum supervision.

OUTLINE SCOPE OF WORK
-Engineer college production activities as assigned in the set-up, recording, mixing or postproduction works.

-Provide system support for ICOM Events (IE)

-Plan and supervise the daily/monthly departmental operations
-Provide application and system support for the ICOM M-Mobility initiative
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

-Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Audio Production/Engineering.

-Strong skills in providing technical assistance in audio system and software (Digidesign, Pro-Tool, Apple Logic etc)

-Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to produce quality work while meeting timelines

-Successful candidate will be provided training under ICOM’s professional development program and will have the opportunity to engage in extensive music technology work.

OUTLINE SCOPE OF WORK

-Provide front desk support to students on all matters relating to course offerings, financial aid, housing and student activities

-Manage all aspects of student records management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum SPM

-Good interpersonal skills with language proficiency in English & BM

General Requirements:
Full-Time positions available for 5 days’ week.
