CLINICAL SPECIALISTS - CARDIOLOGY

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be assisting the Consultant Cardiologist. He/she will also be required to provide intensive care management for inpatients and outpatients as well as perform call duties for Cardiology cases.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD, MBBS)

FIXED ASSET MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

Asset Management Department’s role is to draw up a strategic approach that identifies the optimal allocation of resources for the Management, Operation, preservation and enhancement of assets to meet the needs of current and future customers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and control the entire asset management standard operating procedure.
• Ascertain accurate/correct classification of fixed asset and update the fixed asset register
(FAR) on asset addition, movement and disposal.
• Prepare timely fixed asset report every 6 Months for Management review.
• Prepare labels (barcode) for assets for distribution upon registration of asserts in the system.
• Co-ordinate annual physical audit of assets.
• Co-ordinate disposal of assets by tender and update into Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
• Conduct write-off of asserts for IJN together with Finance/Facilities/Bio Medical Department.
• Propose new policies/revisit existing policies on Asset Management to Management for adoption.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Economics/accountancy or any relevant field from accredited university.
At least 4 to 5 years working experience in related fields.
